Although the city of Huntington Beach is known for its surf and world-famous pier, the city has grown to become much more than "Surf City, USA" over the past decade. Tens of thousands of new single family residences have been added to the housing stock over the years, leaving Huntington Beach with a blend of new listings and older model homes.
